Pulse Advertising arrived in Madrid in November 2025 with a two-person crew: a DOP/video operator and a photographer, to shoot Mini’s spring 2026 social campaign. The concept followed four friends loading bikes and camping gear onto a Mini using roof accessories: a rack, a roof box, and the weekend-in-nature story built around them. Two days of shooting, two environments: the city centre and the Castilian countryside.
We provided grips, rig, and the full production support layer on the ground.
The agency contacted us with 14 days to go before the shoot. That is not enough time to push permit applications through channels that routinely run longer. Most productions treat permits as a bottleneck to manage. On this job, our film location services in Madrid started with a different question: which locations fit the brief and clear permits inside two weeks?
That shortlist came from knowing the city and the surrounding area well enough to rule out slow-moving permit routes immediately. Private locations, city spots with fast-track notification procedures, countryside access in Castilla that matched the visual brief without triggering protected-site requirements. The location selection was the permit strategy.
